Good Morning:)
Weekend News Shows:
Barack Obama on ABC's "This Week," his running mate, Joe Biden, on NBC's "Meet the Press" and Republican John McCain on CBS' "Face the Nation." And, of course, you won't find Palin anywhere because she is clueless and is being kept away from all press. What a sad statement that the first woman vice presidential candidate is so poorly informed she can't go on news shows or talk to reporters.
Palin is taking serious hits for her speech comments dissing community organizers, yes the very community organizers that, um, organize for the GOP in some cases. Articles have popped up just about everywhere. My comment is here. I guess I was not the only one that was pissed off.
Palin makes a big boo boo costing her wee city $1.4million, needlessly. The New York Times writes about the indoor sports center and what went' wrong under Palin's leadership. "What was to be Ms. Palin's legacy has turned into a financial mess that continues to plague Wasilla." Oops, guess mayors do make mistakes, Sarah. Should have had some community organizers that knew what they were doing help out. Turns out the pitbull might be more like a poodle in business. Wonder how that $1.4 million loss looks in lipstick.
The Chicago Tribune addresses Palin's religious beliefs,
"The churches she has attended also embrace dispensation, a theological system that emphasizes man's dominion over the earth and the end times—theology that could potentially shape a believer's environmental and foreign policies." Gee, I feel so much better about her, and the fact that she's a woman, don't you?
How do we find middle ground?
